All of us have something important going on in life at this particular moment along with our regular lot. The regular work will always be there and cannot be stopped to deal with essential work.It is just that we need to always know what is important and need to work on it no matter hoow much regular work we have.We need to always keep our focus clear and never fior even a moment forget what is essentail for us at this particular time.

Wrong Decision

Paulo Coelho tweeted,"When you repeat a mistake, it is not a mistake any more :it is a decision."

We jump a red light by mistake but where there is no check and then we make it a habit.
We reach office late and when there is no check we make it a habit.

The list is endless and it grows as we do not check ourselves or question ourselves at our mistake because it is a mistake created out of convenience. It is only when we have to pay heavily for our mistake that we realise that it was absolutely our fault but again very few of us have strength to stand up and accept it.

Let us all check our mistakes and nip them in bud only so that we have no regrets later on.

Walk Alone

When I say walk alone I do not mean it literally.Though i do mean it literary too if you like walking alone but what I want to say here is be with yourself at least few minutes every day and a few hours in a week and may be a day in a month.It depends on how much you like your own company!

Do something just to please yourself and nobody else.

Right Start

How we start our day sets the precedent for the day!
It does not mean each rise and shine will ensure a perfect day.No!It just means that right start will give us right courage to take on the hardships the day presents to us.So get up to focus on the plans for the day.How you want the day to be.Plan your day with  prayer to God to be partner in your success for that day.Again this does not guarantee any thing because HE might have planned something absolutely different for you, but you on your part should put in a little prayer in place Spend a few minutes just with self. This all does not need any dramatic meditation as most of us I know cannot afford the luxury of the same.

You can just go on with your daily mad rush routine but just first few minutes connect with yourself!

Risk Account

Brooker T. Washington said,"I have learned that sucess is to be measured not so much by the position that one has reached in life as by the obstacles he has overcome while trying to suceed".           

Open a risk account where you credit all those chances you took to create a better life for others and yourself. This is the account where the chances to follow your dreams and aspirations is credited.In this account you can also credit that small fearlessness you showed in the face of danger.But please do not credit rash driving to reach office into it. Also do not credit non preparation for an important event of your life.

To really credit into this account all your risks should be well planned aiming to success.

Honesty Account

How honest we are in our daily dealings.We promise but do not deliver? We give well thought through excuses for not keeping our promise.
Are we a compulsive liars or a very bad planner or there is nothing we can do in the given situation?
Have we ever tracked our failure in keeping our promise?
Have we done anything to change our style and approach to be more honest?
The list of questions is endless but the thought is clear.
Today we create Honesty Account where we will credit all promises we keep and withdraw the ones we loose.Check at the end of the week whether your account is robust or you are bankrupt!

Day Account

This is an interesting account we all should have.this is the account where we will deposit experience and with draw lessons.Each day, we experience a new situation within the parameter of our day to day life.These experiences teach us some lessons.They also tell us whether our reaction to a particular situation was correct or do we need to change our method of tackling that particular situation.Each day, we interact with so many people but the person most important in our life that is self, is left unattended. You are so busy that you forget to share your experiences with yourself. You do not take out time to have a dialogue with self.So, to handle all this and most important to relieve yourself from daily stress, share your stress with your inner self by recording the happening of the day and then analyzing it with advice from self only to understand how you could have done better.

Act Right Account

The next lesson from the book "Who will Cry when You Die" is to have will power to act now.We all know what is right decision , when is right time to do a particular work, what is right thing to say.
But we still not do it.
Why?
Simple ,because Right is not Bright and Easy.Right is Dull, boring and Tough.In fact very TOUGH.

Journey not The Destination

As I said I shall share my take from "Who Will Cry When You Die".Today's thought is something of which I am a firm believer though people around me always try to dissuade me from my track, more out of concern then anything else.The essence of life is not always in the result we achieve but each and every step we take.Enjoy the small pleasures that come by on the way and do not worry too much on the pains that are also part of the journey.Try to be a spectator who is just passing by and has really nothing to do with the pleasures and pain of the events happening on the way. This way you will enjoy both ups and downs without drowning in the sorrows when low points come.

Disbelief before Belief

This is how all major changes come about.We do not believe in a new idea or thought for a long time.

This is not because we are not convinced, it is more to do with our innate fear of being a part of a change.We do not want to get out our comfortable fixed state which might not be the best in the fear of how much effort will go in the change.
This is true for all that is going on around us we hang on to wrong for long enough for it to become right, knowing very well that right does not exist here.
This happens in faith too! We keep on going on in life disbelieving God because believing in Him meant lot of modifications in our life style.It is like Holding a Tiger By Tail-You can't Go Home Again.Believing in God will take away all the small pleasures we gain by troubling-not caring - not being bothered..., the list is endless of the deeds which we do knowing they are wrong.

Frustratingly Yours

Life is very interesting. The people we value the most are the people who are as different from us as they can be. Mathematics defines such sets as disjoint sets. And that are we. But some how due to quirky sense of humour of God we are together. Before all of you jump guns that I am talking about our beloved life partner, I am not. He is one of the gang of course. But there are quite a few in the kitty. They can be kids, parents, siblings. All of whom we care about and whose behaviour can be absolutely provoking for extreme action. Mind you the feeling is mutual. They also find us no better. We love each other and frustrate each other beyond repair.

Why do we need some body else to validate us.Let us appreciate and celebrate our existence.Let us ensure that we keep the moral spirit of self high and burning with flames of happiness and peace.

Let us be thankful to Almighty for our creation...

Dream-A true calling?

Deepak Chopra tweeted,"How do you know that a dream is true calling and not an indulgence of the ego mind?"

I feel dreams are manifestations of our expectations from life.They are our hopes, which keep us going.I am here talking of both night and day dreams which we take in the wake of our hopes.Every time our life changes direction we dream a new dream aligned to the latest happenings in our life. this is our way of survival.Now whether they are true calling or not is more dependent on how HE has planned our destiny.I am sure Gandhi never ever imagined or dreamed that becoming MAHATMA was his true calling.

Wait for What?

Paulo tweeted,"Don't ask questions if you fear answers. Don't make water muddy by stirring it.Be patient. "
So what does he want to say that if we are patient we develop strength to face tough answers or may be rejection. Or he means that the fear of the answers will go away from our hearts as the questions will loose their importance in our life. Or may be the answers will change with time and will be in our favour.
In all cases we are WINNER. So when going is tough. WAIT for the time to change.

Who am I ?

My good friend and spiritual guide has asked me to answer this question. I am going to try hard.
I am a bundle of thoughts. The thoughts that I have gathered as I have grown. I am an observer who has been on the task of observation since the day I realised that how people change with situation and time.
I am an essence of teachings of my parents and all those who touched my life. I am not static so am evolving with each thought that strikes my mind.

But I know my friend is not looking for this answer. He wants me to realise that I am part of God but some how I consider God as an entity I have to reach and achieve.

So I am God's favourite child who has to reach her father again. So in a way I am part of him.

Desire-Will-Deed

"You are what your deep, driving desire is. As your desire is, so is your will. As your will is, so is your deed."  — Brihadaranyaka Upanishad

This has been said long ago even before human desire became obsession and this obsession a pain for others. I feel that this cannot be true always as we sometimes do not desire what we get. Can we pin down all our failures to psychotic desire which deep inside us is actually working against us?Can we assume that there is no force beyond us controlling our desire, will and deed?That means we are the one controlling all that is happening around us.This is a very interesting thought.This takes away the pleasure of making God , my punching bag for all my failures where I feel I have done my best and still have not met the desired result.This puts all responsibility on me and myself that I somehow have not desired right, somehow my will was not strong enough and that has effected my actions and hence the deed is done little short of success.

Hope the wait is over ?

I am keeping my hopes high and my spirit positive. Tomorrow should be a new day .It would bring new challenges and new aspirations. I shall be able to again start all over again with new energy and efficiency.
Tomorrow will be a new day.

Is it time to Rejoice?

Is the wait over?
Can I keep down my oar and relax?
Or is the land still far off?
Am I going to reach the land or is this choppy water my destiny?
Is this the land I need or is it the land I want?
Will I be able to build home on this land ?
Or will I again have to search a new land?
Who decides when will I reach the land I can build home on and rest a while, without fear of being evicted?
Is it my wrong doing that gets me evicted or is it decided by forces beyond me?
My arms are soar using the oars, the land seems far and faith is on test.......

Add a Zing to Your Life

It seems Paulo Coelho's tweet seems to kick start my blog nearly every day.He tweeted,"A very dangerous sentence:"but we'have always done it this way"."

The thought is very interesting as it is trying to evoke creativity in us. Every time we do a job we should try to do it differently.It might happen that all the changes that we make in our style may not be good but then that is for us to learn from our experience and improve on the same.

So, that means we add an element of newness to our life and I feel that is what is the crux of this statement.Though Paulo is more into, asking people to accept when they are wrong and ready to improve I want to treat this in another light.

In the present world we tend to get bored very easily, we are most of the time depressed with the monotonous way of our life.And this is because we are repeating our tasks in copy-paste mode.We are not every time trying to be innovative in our way of handling tasks.As soon as we have a job, we try to look into our mind for the way we have handled it till now and then mindlessly applying it.

This is one of the main cause of our being restless at work and at home.We feel we are just repeating ourselves, not realising that it is because we are not ready to put in effort to do it differently.So, let us all, every time, when ever we get opportunity try to do even mundane task as preparing salad differently.

Yesterday-Today-Tomorrow

I read an article on how we waste most of our time divulging on Yesterday and Tomorrow.the article tried very hard to explain the wastage of time and energy done in this process.It also talked about how we should only concentrate on today and enjoy present, which actually is a "present" from God.

An interesting thought,which we come across most of the time!But in actual none of us are able to follow it most of the time.There is a very simple logic behind that.

Our Today is either going very good, good,bad or very bad.In first two cases we are no doubt enjoying today but in back of our mind is always the pain inflicted by those who were in contact with us when our time was not good.

Now , the thought that might strike you is if your present is good why am I assuming your past will be bad? Simple logic, good and bad are relative terms.If your today is good, it is good in relation to your bad past.

So coming back to the issue, you work out how you will settle all the scores left unsettled in past now that you have a good phase going on.

Also , coming from a bad past in your mind you know that this good will not last so you are busy planning for your future to ensure it is also good.In the last two cases, it is reciprocal of logic applied in above case.(Sorry for use of mathematical terms but mathematics is part of me!). 

When you are having a bad present you are again and again going over your past events which lead to this present.You are again and again rearranging those events in your mind to reach a better conclusion.

Also on the other hand you are day dreaming and mind you ,you are doing that day and night to visualize a beautiful future which seems absolute far fetched seeing your present state.

But this dream is your only source of survival in other wise die-able situation.What say?

Truth and Nothing but Truth

Paulo Coelho tweeted, “Telling the Truth and making someone cry is better than telling a Lie to make someone laugh.”

This thought has been on my mind since I read it. Somehow I find it very easy to follow as it means a life without any pretense, without any stress of planning, “What to say.”But I feel in 24 hours I shall have nobody around me to say anything, because we are all living in a world of PRETENSE. All our relations whether in family or friends or office are based on keeping a diplomatic silence on many issues. In the present world, I cannot think of even one person I can share “Whole truth and nothing but Truth”. This can be due to fear on my part to lose all that I hold dear or it can be complete faith that there is nobody around me with whom I can share my all thoughts. And I am very sure this holds true for all. In fact being a mathematics person I can easily apply law of Mathematical Induction and say that this statement cannot hold true for anybody living in this world. In the present scenario half the time we are not even telling truth to ourselves let alone anybody else.

Can we all be wise? It will save us so much heart burn if we stop molding everybody around us according to our view.We waste most of our life time trying to sell our view point to others because we feel our view point is most correct.We feel that everything will fall into place when all will behave the way we want, not realising that each individual has his own view point.And every individual feels his view point is right and needs to be followed by all.So why not just agree to disagree!Why not just do our best to make the journey comfortable for all and not try to prove to everyone around us how right and perfect our view point is!

Me and My View

CNN talked about virtual autopsy of King Tutankhaman, how the historians had assumed that the 100 walking sticks found in his tomb represented his power while actually they were used by King Tut to move around as he had a severely defected left foot.

This revelation made me think of how we assume so much in life based on our experiences .We build theories on our half-baked information. Then we float these theories around to others, convincing them of our correctness. We do this every day. We analyse situations based on our experiences, never bothering to confirm whether we are correct. We analyse people too with same confidence not realizing that they are not mummy like King Tut who cannot be bothered by your interpretations. People get hurt and sometimes beyond repair.

So let us all try to be more sensitive to feelings of others. Also let us not assume we know all. Give a benefit of doubt to all.

As they say “All is not as it meets the eye.” 

Hope and Wait

In all situations that are tougher than the usual, there is as much a human can do. After that he just can sit, wait, pray and hope.
 Hope for what?
Hope for Him to do his bit. There is no doubt in his benevolence only His time never matches ours. He always takes His own sweet time to get into action, the learned say that He knows the best. But what about our blood pressures. Who will tell our little heart that goes pit-patter-pit with fear that do not loose hope, wait, and have patience He will pull you out right a millisecond before drowning.
Well! all of us have no choice but to pray , to hope and waiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiit!

I never thought I shall be reinforcing my Today Tomorrow thought so soon.But the volatility of time is unbelievable these days.
One of my good friend had planned an event for the day. As I was going to be in office so I had sent in my regrets.In the evening I called her just to ask her about her day.It was a courteous call.
I had already worked out in my mind her answers to my call.So when she said that the event never took place because they had to vacate the house they were living in immediately.
This made me realise that this break up in relationship of Today and Tomorrow is consequence of human behavipr  which has become absolutely insensitive to trouble and pain of others.

Today and Tomorrow

Today and Tomorrow both start with T but both differ in essence and time frame. Today makes Tomorrow. Or does it?

I have planned a long way, have been saving like an ant all my life, but life is a grasshopper it lives by day( hope you know the story of Ant and Grasshopper where the ant saves for winters and grasshopper plays).

Now don’t get me wrong and splurge to blow away all your savings but learn a lesson:

Do not wait for tomorrow to be happy, to share, to laugh, to care and to tell somebody you love him/her.

Do not waste time in fighting, crying and pampering your massive ego.

Enjoy every moment whether good or bad as neither bad nor good is here to stay. 

Jewels and Me

My love for jewelry in inherited from my aunt.my mother on other hand has never shown any interest in it.I do not recall her visiting any jeweler all these years to buy any trinket for herself.

In the beginning years of my life I was like her, one odd gold bangle and two- three pars of silver earrings were enough.In fact in all my teen life i did not buy any thing.One because of lack of interest and other because of allergy to metals other than gold.

It was only in my late twenties that the genetic heritage started growing.I started exploring all that could be bought in gold and fitted my small pocket.It was an interesting journey but also gold became un-affordable soon.

Then I turned my attention to silver and I realised that silver jewellery had touched new heights while I was busy running after gold.

So then started my love for silver I bought lot of variety as it was considerably cheaper than gold.But as they say good time does not last for long.One day I woke to the fact that even silver was beyond especially if you want to buy something fancy.

So I dropped to new depths that is artificial jewelry.

Mind you as in case of silver, by the time I dropped to the level of artificial jewelry it had gained new height.

Voila! artificial had reached the price I had started with gold.

So the lesson here is

Do not restrict your options, because when you turn around to an option you might find it is beyond you.

A breed apart ...........

Parents are indeed a breed apart ,,  they see nothing but their own children and will go to any extent to show them off ..  my morning walk brings out so many of these...

There is the angry young man who wages a war with his neighbour over even a leaf falling into his balcony..  when he comes out with his little one in the morning , it is a new avatar altogether.  Every passerby is either a grandma or aunt who has perforce to say hello to his child and listen to all his banter.  

Then there is the Mercedes owner who believes all the roads are exclusive playgrounds for his twin sons.  
One is always on a bicycle with training wheels and whizzes around as if he is the sole inhabitant of the planet while the other is a cricketeer in the making.  All three occupy the two ends of the society gate with scant regard to the risk they pose to the rest of the traffic - cars, two wheelers and pedestrians.

The third one is the most interesting - every morning the school bus stops at their gate - the conductor gets down and walks up to the gate and opens it.  Then the door of the house opens and two boys of about 8 and 11 rush out with their mother in tow.  The conductor has to arrest the speed of the two to ensure that they cross the road safely while the mother shouts instructions to the conductor, the driver, the two children and the rest of the school in the bus - the best part is, this is not just a one day occurrence, I see it almost every morning and wonder how long the drama will continue.

Some of us have destiny of Construction Workers.You must be wondering at this type of destiny.

It seems very unique but trust me there will be some around you too who have this specific destiny style.This destiny style is gifted by God to chosen few as all do not have strength to endure it.

How to recognize these gifted few?Very easy!You just have to observe the pattern of their life .Mind you this is applicable to both professional and personal life.Though I feel those with this destiny in personal life are quiet a few and are termed as PARENTS so we will not talk about them.

We will talk about professionals with such destiny.They are the ones who are the member of core group of every start up but are only there till the start up gets into working mode.

You will not see them as part of any organisation for long.They will be only part of that organisation till it has lot of dynamic issues that need mind boggling attention and time.They will be the ones who will be spending beyond possible working hours to put things in order.Their stay in organisation can vary according to the need of the organisation to settle so can be from 2 to 5 maximum 8 years.

You will see them working like mad and once all is done, you will see that they are made so uncomfortable that they have to look for change.And mind you they again enter other organisation with same needs and the cycle goes on. 

WHAT SHOULD PARENTS GIVE …

A few children saw a beautiful butterfly struggling to get out of its cocoon.  In their kindness, they cut the cocoon and set the butterfly free only to find it dead within a few moments.  Its wings did not enough to help it fly.  It was the struggle that strengthened the wings !

Parents sometimes become like these ignorant children – they take away the struggle from their children and make them weaklings..  the mother walking to the bus stop with two backpacks and two young children in tow, the other shouting at the school teacher  for her child’s poor performance, yet another one running from activity to activity, looking for the best tuition teacher and changing her/him soon as the child’s performance goes down, telling the school why  it cannot teach something because his or her child finds it tough – all these, may be more are classic examples . 

Such parents are missing two things in life

 – good, strong children that can stand on their own and look after them in their twilight years

-          The joy of achievement.

Nothing can take the place of the glow of  pride on the face of a father or mother who  has walked like a safety net behind a struggling child. 

Time and Speed

The law says time and speed are inversely proportional i.e. if we increase speed we use less time and vice verse. But in real life they seem to be related.The speed with which our time frame changes is remarkable.

You do not even realise and suddenly everything around you changes.The only thing you can do is accept because you are not even given opportunity to react.But does our time frame really change so fast or is the speed really inversely proportional to time.

Yes the law is true only we ignore the small happenings because we do not want to accept it.We keep our eyes closed when we see the kegs of time frame changing.We do not let our mind question the reasoning behind it because we want to hold on to the present time frame as it is more comfortable and stable.

But are we the driver of this change? No!Then why not be more attuned and observant.Not that it will help to avert what is going to happen but it will help us to be ready to accept.

Hence when the wave of change comes ride it!

Love and Hate

As you move on with life you realise that some of the relationships that you have banked on are no longer with you.This also makes you feel sad that you had wasted so much effort on the maintenance of these relations.There are so many times during the journey of life that you wanted to call a spade a spade but you avoid just so that you do not loose the relation .You stand all kind of nonsense just so that you have those people around in future, in fact most of the time you are miserable with them around in present but still carry on for the future.

Is it really right?
Is it going to work ?
Is it worth?
Why do we do that to ourselves?
Why are we not able to realise that those who are not true to us in present will only be a liability in future?
Why are we so scared of change that we hang on unworthy people?

Think it is really worth a thought.

NaMo and motivation

I live in quite posh area where I feel some of the houses have assistant for their helpers too. Yesterday on 2nd October I was pleasantly surprised when I went for morning walk to the park nearby. The daily walkers were all over the place armed with black garbage bags and gloves. They were cleaning every possible part of the park. Some were even cleaning the toilets of the park. Mind you these are the same people who must have never raised a finger in their houses. It was very heart warming to see how NaMo managed to mobilize the crowd.

Wings and Chains

I always see this strange happening in my life.God gives me wings to fly and people try to chain me to earth, telling me that I have no right to fly.
How do I loose right to fly?
Am I always to be driven by my circumstances and not by my wish.
It is said that we should not have a wish that can harm other, but how does my wish to fly harm others.Why should I be one chained down because I am surrounded by people who have no wish to fly? Can I not fly alone?
I am as it is a loner so I need to be allowed live my dream the way I want.

Faith and Happiness

I was very upset as the dreams and aspirations I had pinned all my hopes on had dashed. I was absolutely devastated. The whole situation seemed so bizarre as if it was just created to teach me a lesson.
The start of the happening was not my doing as it was beyond my imagination to even think that I deserve this opportunity.The way and at speed it progressed was worth watching as if some force was pushing it towards a most beautiful possible end.The whole process was neat without any error.There was no regret in the proceeding, no where was space to improve as there was no flaw, an excellent performance right through.And guess what the success was nearly yes nearly guaranteed.
Then as it had started mysteriously, the same way it ended and I was left totally at lose as to why was I put through all this.Why was I taken to such a height and then unceremoniously dropped? This did not only hurt me mentally but also physically as the pain was so real that I could feel it.
More than the pain was the hurt that my God had let me down.Why when I had not even asked for this gift did He present it in front of me and then took it away.The more I thought , the more agitated I became as I could not get my answer.
Then I read a beautiful article today that gave me all my answers.

God wanted me to realise that it is waste to make any event so important to us that it consumes us.Nothing is permanent, not even the happiness that I had associated with the success of this event.So I should not waste my time in looking for happiness in worldly gains and also His time in teaching me these lessons again and again...

Wait and Pray

In many or in fact in all situations there is as much we can do as human. In any given situation we can do our best or we might fall short of our expectations. In either case we cannot do much.Our role is limited to being ready with our best preparations , but whether we will be allowed to deliver our best is dependent on decisions beyond us.
So every time we are in position of wait and pray.
Wait, because we have to wait for the opportunity to knock at our door. You can be proactive to create opportunities but without you ever realising it , in actual your pro activeness is also planned by forces beyond you .
Then once the action is done by us, we have to pray for the best results.
This a regular recurring  behaviour of every human.
Check for yourself.

Destiny and Design

I am still at lose to realise that why do we come so close to success and then not achieve it. Why are we sent on that path on the first go? Maybe to learn new lessons or to learn how to do better next time? No idea, but it is tough to accept failure. And what ever may all the great seers say accepting failure takes time .You tend to ponder over and over as to what you could have done better. How you pray for another chance to do it best. But as they say opportunity lost is lost for ever.
So now what? We sit and wallow or we roll up our sleeves and get ready to meet next opportunity.
In fact this is the time when you realise that there is a strong power beyond us controlling our destiny. We do not even realise when we turn our opportunity to failure, however hard we try.

I sometimes feel I am a beyond repair positive.I am the kind of person who at the time of holocaust even when being taken to gas chamber would hope for miracle to happen. I sometimes wonder at this thought process of mine.Is it positivism or non acceptance of reality?
Man! you are being taken to gas chamber so you are guaranteed to be gassed so where is the hope?
But! no , my mind will create a complete happy ending package for the same.I shall not accept defeat till its right staring in my face.So am I on the right path or as I mentioned, maybe I am too scared to face the truth.
I always hope against hope for success.My cool, calculative mathematical mind tells me that it is not possible to attain this but I still go ahead and give it a shot. Some I win some I loose.
But my spirit is still young and ready to fly as I have still not reached the home.

Aspiration and Self

Our hopes and aspirations are endless.They are like a mountain hike we feel we will reach the top just around the next corner but then there is another winding road beyond.The same goes for our aspirations,I recall, some 22-23 years ago when I had just started working I had felt if I get PGT scale in a decent school that would be the high point of my life.there I was so contended for next few years that I have reached the pinnacle of success and there was nothing more to gain.Then came the period where I compared the packages given by other schools.This has been an endless journey which is still on.On the contrary I have a friend who is so contended with her job front that even when "Somebody moves Her Cheese" she resolutely waits for things to settle back and does not bother to move her self. (I am talking about the famous book by Spencer Johnson "Who moved my cheese", )She is still very very comfortably working at the place of work I have left her and mind you she is happy there.She has no issues about growing up, reaching next level, expanding her horizon ..... I have all this endless jargon to explain my continuous movement in search of my aspiration which changes with every next step.So who is happier? Needless to say my friend but who is having more fun and challenge?Me of course!

So which path is correct?

Free fall and Human

When you are touched by the unreal elements you are left to ponder whether you are really able to control even basic events in your life.Do things really move in accordance with our thought process.If not then what are we worried about and what can we alter by our intervention.
Here I am not trying to say we stop doing action.We need to do action as per the thought process that takes place in our mind but we need not regret our actions or go over them again and again, thinking of ways in which we could have improved them.Yes learning from our actions has to be certainly carried forward but not guilt.
This also brought another thought that we miss many opportunities in our life by just mulling over the results that event can get us.Again here I am not talking about actions that can be harmful to anybody , but actions that could be a new beginning.We scare our selves into inaction by just working over and over it in our brain.Let us sometimes go with the flow and see how events have been planned to fall into there places by forces beyond us.It will be like going through a fancy film where the next event is already planned but will unfold only when due.

So sometimes try to take free fall in life ....

 

Human and Separation

When do we decide we had enough of the person in our life.Sometimes we keep on with same people just because we are too scared to change. Change not the person but our way of life.We just keep on with situations w should have walked out long ago in pretext that this is the best one can ask for.We sell ourselves too short.
I would not say we walk out of any situation if things start going wrong but we need to access if we are facing the same scenario again and again.We need to pull ourselves and say no to rubbish being dished out.Here I am not talking of physical abuse at all but mental torture we inflict on ourselves .We assume we can handle it. We feel that this is in no way harming us not realising that every time we even twitch our face with distaste, our body records it and creates anti acids to combat the eventuality.

We deserve better as human.
